Whether you simply need help with the administration or want us to take care of everything, there is a Mega Rentals package for you.
1. RENT MANAGER | 3%
You handle the viewings. We handle the management.
We manage the rental administration and accounting while you remain responsible for showing the property to prospective tenants.
3% of the monthly rental + R300 monthly administration fee
2. LANDLORD MAINTENANCE | 5%
We find and place the tenant. You look after the property.
We handle property viewings, tenant placement and rental accounting, while you remain responsible for property inspections, maintenance and repairs.
5% of the monthly rental
3. AGENCY PLACEMENT | 8%
We find the tenant. You take over from there.
We advertise and show the property, screen applicants, place the tenant and complete the necessary placement process. Once the tenant is successfully placed, you take over the ongoing management of the rental.
8% of the rental for placement
5% on renewals, payable annually
4. AGENCY MANAGER | 10%
Complete rental management from start to finish.
We take care of the full rental process, including advertising, viewings, tenant screening, lease administration, inspections, rental management and the other applicable services listed above.
